No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Lotos Gdynia (16-7) crushed 10th ranked Inea AZS (6-17) in Poznan 101-80. The game without a history. Lotos Gdynia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.3 percent from the field and made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Lotos Gdynia outrebounded Inea AZS 35-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. Montenegrin forward Milka Bjelica (193-81) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 16 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) for the winners and the former international center Marta Jujka (192-88) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Lotos Gdynia will play against higher ranked AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski (#3) in Gorzow Wlkp. in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
