The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Athens: Athinaikos (#1) and Panathinaikos (#5). Athinaikos (18-0) won against visiting Panathinaikos (10-8) 68-62. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 35-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game.
