The biggest surprise of round 41 was guest KTP-Basket's (29-12) road victory over second-ranked Joensuun Kataja (28-13) 102-91 on Wednesday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Joensuun Kataja. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 57-43 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. 28 personal fouls committed by Joensuun Kataja helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
