There was no surprise when 12th ranked Fabi Shoes Montegranaro (9-13) was outplayed on the road by third ranked Armani Milano (16-6) 87-68 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Armani Milano. Fabi Shoes Montegranaro managed to win third quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Armani Milano dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Fabi Shoes Montegranaro's 36. Armani Milano forced 24 Fabi Shoes Montegranaro turnovers. American guard Lynn Greer (186-79, college: Temple) fired 15 points and 7 assists for the winners.
