The game between closely ranked teams ended with 7th ranked TTU/Kalev II's (10-21) road loss to sixth ranked Rapla (13-18) 77-91. The game was mostly controlled by Rapla. TTU/Kalev II was better in second period 27-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Raido Ringmets (204-83) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Swingman Rannar Raap (187-92) contributed with 20 points and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Rapla players scored in double figures. American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and guard Siim Raudla (179-90) added 12 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for TTU/Kalev II. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rapla moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Valga/CKE. TTU/Kalev II lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 21 games lost. Rapla will play against higher ranked TTU/Kalev (#3) in Tallinn in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. TTU/Kalev II will have a break next round.
