We should mention about the upset which took place in Biella, where higher ranked Scavolini Pesaro (10-13) was outleveled in a road game by fourteenth ranked Angelico Biella (9-14) 88-64. The game without a history. Angelico Biella led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Angelico Biella forced 23 Scavolini Pesaro turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international swingman Matteo Soragna (198-75) who led the winners and scored 15 points.
