Very predictable result when fourth ranked JDA Dijon (17-11) won against on the road 17th ranked Stade Clermont (8-20) 71-60 on Friday. The winners were led by American power forward Erroyl Bing (198-82, college: E.Carolina) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and forward Jeremy Leloup (202-87) supported him with 12 points and 5 rebounds. Five JDA Dijon players scored in double figures. Even 14 points by American guard O'Darien Bassett (188-86, college: Troy, agency: Basket Law/NM Services) did not help to save the game for Stade Clermont. His fellow American import swingman Dreke Bouldin (202-80, college: Fresno St.) added 9 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. JDA Dijon maintains fourth position with 17-11 record. Loser Stade Clermont keeps the seventeenth place with 20 games lost. JDA Dijon will meet at home higher ranked ALM Evreux (#3) in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Stade Clermont will play against the league's second-placed SPO Rouen (#2) and hope to secure a win.
