Quarter-Finals Round 2: LKKA-Atletas - Meresta 87-88

Meresta advanced into the semis following a narrow road win over LKKA-Atletas. It looked good early as LKKA-Atletas took an 18-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Meresta took control getting tie in the second period and winning the second half and eventually winning the game that evening by 1 point. Strangely LKKA-Atletas outrebounded Meresta 34-18 including 16 on the offensive glass. Guard Saulius Raziulis (183-76, agency: Court Side) saved the victory by scoring 22 points and 4 steals. Guard Liudas Radavicius (188-88) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Forward Vidmantas Sragauskis (200-86) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and guard Sarunas Vingelis (192-89) added 18 points and 8 assists in the effort for LKKA-Atletas. Four Meresta and five LKKA-Atletas players scored in double figures.
