Strangely Shimane Magic outrebounded Fukuoka Rizing 45-31 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Shimane Magic helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated also this game. Swingman Michael Parker (200-81, college: Evergreen St.) fired 27 points and 5 rebounds for the winners.
