Date: April 7, 2011
The game was mostly controlled by Bakken. Svendborg managed to win second period 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bakken forced 19 Svendborg turnovers and outrebounded them 46-28 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Jahmar Thorpe (198-84, college: Houston, agency: KMG Sports Management) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. The former international center Chris Christoffersen (218-79, college: Oregon) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 blocks. The former international power forward Nicolai Iversen (205-80, college: San Jose City JC, agency: Rasmussen Services) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Matt Williams (200-77, college: Montana) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
