No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked River Andorra (19-8) crushed 10th ranked Regal FC II (11-16) in Barcelona 91-70. The game without a history. River Andorra led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. River Andorra dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Regal FC II's 38. They outrebounded Regal FC II 36-23 including a 26-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American power forward Robert Johnson (203-81, college: Oregon) who scored 17 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Guard Alex Ros (192-83) chipped in 14 points and 6 steals. Guard Eduardo Jimenez (188-84) produced 19 points and forward Souleymane Drame (202-80) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Regal FC II players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. River Andorra moved-up to third place. Regal FC II lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the ninth position with 16 games lost. River Andorra's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Basquet Mallorca at home and it will be for sure the game of the week. Regal FC II will play against Prat Juventud (#5).
