CIBACOPA top team - Rayos de Hermosillo (18-4) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Bomberos de Mexicali (10-12) 75-69. The guests were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 19-14 Bomberos de Mexicali's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 75-69 at the end of the game.
