Lietuvos Rytas eased into the next round cruising past Perlas on the road. The game was mostly controlled by Lietuvos Rytas. Perlas managed to win fourth quarter 27-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lietuvos Rytas shot 28 for 42 from the free-throw line, while Perlas only scored ten points from the stripe. They outrebounded Perlas 43-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. Lietuvos Rytas looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Perlas' players. 30 personal fouls committed by Perlas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
