Twelfth ranked Cajasol (15-16) beat at home 10th ranked Asefa Estudiantes (16-15) by 14 points 88-74, which is the biggest margin this round. The game was mostly controlled by Cajasol. Asefa Estudiantes was better in fourth quarter 24-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Cajasol players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian forward Mindaugas Katelynas (205-83, college: Chattanooga) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 rebounds. American center Paul Davis (211-84, college: Michigan St.) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Cajasol players scored in double figures.
