SerieA top team - Montepaschi Siena (24-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat seventh ranked CS Bologna (13-14) 81-72. CS Bologna was ahead by 7 points at the halftime before a 24-7 third quarter run of Montepaschi Siena. They dominated on the defensive end, holding CS Bologna to just 7 points in third quarter.
