Finals Game 3: Ehingen - Leitershofen 91-65

The hosts trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 62-29 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Ehingen/Urspringschule dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Leitershofen's 32. Ehingen/Urspringschule forced 24 Leitershofen turnovers and outrebounded them 36-23 including 16 on the offensive glass. Ehingen/Urspringschule looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Leitershofen's players. It was a great evening for American guard Virgil Matthews (188-83, college: Montana) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 6 assists. Swingman Kevin Bright (198-92) helped adding 21 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was American center Devin Uskoski (198-85, college: Rocky Mountain) with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and the other American import guard Michael Mathey (188-87, college: W.Liberty St.) scored 17 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
