Forward Terrance Thomas (198-80, college: Baylor) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists and center Marquise Gray (206-86, college: Michigan St.) added 21 points and 5 blocks (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) respectively for Rayos de Hermosillo in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Caballeros de Culiacan have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains third place with 16-9 record having four points less than leader Cananea. Rayos de Hermosillo at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost. Caballeros de Culiacan will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Rayos de Hermosillo will play again at home against Caballeros de Culiacan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
