Eighth ranked Tijuana Zonkeys (11-15) saved a 3-point victory at home edging higher ranked Frayles de Guasave (15-11) 112-109 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Frayles de Guasave. The hosts were already 15 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 35-23 Frayles de Guasave's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 112-109 at the end of the game. Five Tijuana Zonkeys and four Frayles de Guasave players scored in double figures. Tijuana Zonkeys maintains eighth position with 11-15 record.
