No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Fuerza Guinda Nogales (14-13) beat at home 9th ranked Coras de Tepic (4-23) 103-91. The game was mostly controlled by Fuerza Guinda Nogales. Coras de Tepic was better in second period 29-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Fuerza Guinda Nogales dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Coras de Tepic's 40. Fuerza Guinda Nogales brought some defensive toughness making 12 blocks. The best player for the winners was Bahamas power forward Ryan Moss (200-74, college: UALR) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds.
