Semi-Finals Game 3: Ferro-ZNTU - Budivelnyk 66-83

Budivelnyk advanced into the Finals following the third straight win over Ferro-ZNTU. Ferro-ZNTU was ahead by 9 points at the halftime before a 51-25 second half run of Budivelnyk. The game was dominated by American players. It was a good game for forward Lamayne Wilson (204-80, college: Troy) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 5 rebounds. Guard William Keys (188-77, college: N.Mexico St.) contributed with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Center R.T. Guinn (208-81, college: Baylor) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and guard Keddric Mays (183-84, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) added 14 points in the effort for Ferro-ZNTU. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
