Important game to mention about took place in Lagadas. Eleventh ranked Ermis Lagkada (12-15) saved a 2-point victory at home edging second-best AGOR (18-9) 82-80 on Saturday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. The hosts were already 17 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 31-16 AGOR's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 82-80 at the end of the game. It was a great evening for forward Stratos Nisiotis (203-78) who led his team to a victory scoring 13 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Alexandros Panagiotopoulos (202-80, agency: FCM) helped adding 18 points. The best for the losing side was Serbian center Damir Latovic (204-80) with 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Spyridon Magounis (200-85, agency: FCM) scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. AGOR's coach Stergios Koufos rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Ermis Lagkada moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Olimpiada. AGOR lost third consecutive game. They keep the second position with nine games lost. They share it with Ikaroi Serron. Ermis Lagkada will play against Koroivos (#15) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. AGOR will play against Arkadikos (#5) in Arkadia and hopes to get back on the winning track.
