Finals Game 3: Krka - Un.Olimpija 63-69

Jaka Klobucar scored 13 of his 15 points in the second quarter as Olimpija went on a 18-0 run and hung on get the first road of the Best of 5 final series, 69-63 over Krka, putting them on the cusp of reaching the title. Game 4 will be played on Thursday in Ljubljana. After trailing 15-25 early in the second quarter, Olimpija made a 18-0 run and go ahead 39-28. They hit five straight 3-pointers and shot 9-of-12 behind the 3-point line in the first half time. Krka opened the second half with a 13-3 run to take a 45-44 lead, it was their last lead ot the game. Olimpija responded with 10 consecutive points and its defense held Krka scoreless for a 5:37 span. Krka trailed by 8 points with 2:16 into the game. Bojan Krivec hit a 3-pointer to cut the deficit to 63-65 with 0:49 to go, Kenny Gregory scored a long 2-pointer to put Olimpija ahed 67-63 and then Dragisa Drobnjak was blocked. Olimpija's bench players again outscored Krka's backups, 32-11. Jaka Klobucar netted 15 points, Kenny Gregory added 12 points and Damir Markota had 11 points and 7 rebounds. Krka outrebounded Olimpija 36-26, picking up 13 offensive boards. They shot just 4-of-19 behind the 3-point range (Olimpija 10-of-17) and hit only 9 of 17 free throws.
