There was no surprise when 10th ranked Rio Claro (3-5) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Araraquara (5-3) 86-76 on Wednesday. Rio Claro was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 9-point lead after three quarters before a 29-10 charge of Araraquara, which allowed them to win the game.
