We should not miss the game where leader Mitsubishi K. (1-0) against 3rd placed Aishin Wings (0-1) where Mitsubishi K. won on the road by nine points 74-65. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The guests were ahead by 2 points but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 26-15 run, which allowed them to win the game. Center Enjin Wantsu (189-87) nailed 23 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and swingman Mitiko Miyamoto (175-86) accounted for 15 points and 9 rebounds.
