Another interesting game for BM Wegiel Stal (3-1) which played in Katowice against AZS AWF K-ce (2-2). Fourth ranked BM Wegiel Stal crushed hosts 78-57. It was a key game for the second position in Group B. The game without a history. BM Wegiel Stal led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. BM Wegiel Stal outrebounded AZS AWF K-ce 42-29 including 33 on the defensive glass. BM Wegiel Stal will play against HK Zory (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. AZS AWF K-ce will play against AZS AGH Alstom in Krakow and hopes to get back on the winning track.
