No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Toyota Alvark (4-0) crushed bottom-ranked Tochigi Brex (0-4) in Fuchu 80-49 on Saturday. The game without a history. Toyota Alvark led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Toyota Alvark outrebounded Tochigi Brex 51-32 including a 37-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Tochigi Brex was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Jeff Gibbs (188-80, college: Otterbein) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field).
