Important game to mention about took place in Niigata. Fifth ranked Toyama Grouses (1-1) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 8th ranked Niigata Albirex (2-2) 81-79 on Saturday evening. Niigata Albirex cut a 16-point halftime deficit to two at the end of the game.
