A very interesting game took place in Kutno. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 11th ranked MMKS Dabrowa Gornicza (1-2) to twelfth ranked AZS Kutno (1-2) 66-65 in the fight for the ninth place. MMKS Dabrowa Gornicza was ahead by 14 points after three quarters before a 26-11 charge of AZS Kutno, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 20 MMKS Dabrowa Gornicza turnovers.
