There was a minor upset in Krakow where one of their biggest challengers AZS AWF K-ce (2-2) was edged by tenth ranked AZS AGH Alstom (2-2) 93-91 on Sunday. AZS AWF K-ce was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 23-21 charge of AZS AGH Alstom, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 9-7. AZS AGH Alstom forced 23 AZS AWF K-ce turnovers and outrebounded them 45-34 including 16 on the offensive glass.
