No shocking result in a game when leader Trenkwalder RE (2-0) beat bottom-ranked Tezenis Verona (0-3) in Reggio Emilia 76-67. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 18-14. But Tezenis Verona won second period 13-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Trenkwalder RE made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Trenkwalder RE outrebounded Tezenis Verona 39-19 including a 33-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Trenkwalder RE especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 58.8 percentage.
