Regular Season Round 6: Le Havre - Dunkerque 73-71

Date: October 22, 2011
A very interesting game took place in Le Havre. It ended with only two-point defeat on the road of higher ranked Dunkerque (3-3) to thirteenth ranked Le Havre (2-4) 73-71 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Dunkerque. Dunkerque was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 24-19 charge of Le Havre, which allowed them to win the game. Guard Amelie Fresnais (174-86) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Dunkerque players scored in double figures. Le Havre moved-up to twelfth place. Dunkerque at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Le Havre's next round opponent will be higher ranked Etoile de Voiron (#6) on the road and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
