Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Tbilisi: Sokhumi (#4) and Samedicino-Academia (#9). Sokhumi (2-0) smashed visiting Samedicino-Academia (0-2) by 18 points 88-70. Samedicino-Academia was ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 51-31 second half run of Sokhumi. They also forced 19 Samedicino-Academia turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Samedicino-Academia helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
