Very expected game when 13th ranked Caceres 2016 (2-5) was defeated at home by third ranked Canarias (6-1) 97-80 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Canarias. Caceres 2016 was better in third quarter 24-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 24-of-26 free shots (92.3 percent) during the game. Caceres 2016 was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American power forward Jakim Donaldson (204-83, college: Edinboro) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws).
