The game in Parnu was also quite interesting. Third ranked BC Rakvere (4-2) played at the court of 5th ranked KK Parnu (1-3). BC Rakvere managed to secure a 9-point victory 85-76 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 9 points. The former international guard Valmo Kriisa (190-74) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners and Latvian center Kaspars Cipruss (210-82, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 18 points and 13 rebounds. Four BC Rakvere players scored in double figures. Swingman Rannar Raap (188-92) responded with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists and center Toomas Raadik (202-90) scored 20 points and 7 rebounds. BC Rakvere have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. KK Parnu lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Rapla. BC Rakvere will meet at home bottom-ranked Valga/CKE (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. KK Parnu will play against the league's leader Tartu Ulikool.
