Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked AZS Kutno (1-5) lost on the road to seventh ranked AZS Szczecin (3-2) 79-66 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by AZS Szczecin. AZS Kutno managed to win third quarter 22-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. AZS Szczecin forced 20 AZS Kutno turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when AZS Szczecin made 9 blocks. Swingman Krzysztof Mielczarek (198-81) notched 26 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks to lead the effort and guard Lukasz Pacocha (182-82, agency: Promotex) supported him with 13 points and 5 steals.
