Nitra did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 93-75. It looked good early as Vahostav-Zilina took an 6-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Nitra had a 24-10 second period charge getting the lead and Vahostav-Zilina was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 75-93. Nitra have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Nova Ves. Vahostav-Zilina lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with seven games lost. Nitra will play against Handlova (#6) on the road in the next round. Vahostav-Zilina will have a break next round.
