The game had a very big importance for fourth-ranked Sokol Lancut as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Sokol Lancut defeated much higher ranked Spojnia at home 69-56. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Spojnia. It was a key game for the top position in the league.
