Regular Season Round 7: Antwerp - Aalstar 71-60

There was a change at the D1 leadership position after last games. Round 7 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Okapi Aalstar (4-2). They were defeated by sixth ranked Antwerp Giants (4-2) 71-60 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Okapi Aalstar. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 37-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Antwerp Giants dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Okapi Aalstar's 26.
