Sixth ranked AZS Koszalin (5-3) crushed at home 12th ranked LKS Sphinx (2-7) by 34 points 109-75, which is the biggest margin this round. The game was mostly controlled by AZS Koszalin. LKS Sphinx was better in second period 22-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. AZS Koszalin dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to LKS Sphinx's 42. AZS Koszalin moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Trefl Sopot. Newly promoted LKS Sphinx dropped to the eleventh position with seven games lost. AZS Koszalin's next round opponent will be higher ranked Anwil (#3) in Wloclawek and it may be quite challenging game.
