Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked S.E.Battipaglia (4-3) won against at home 13th ranked Il Fotoamatore Firenze (1-6) 61-52 on Saturday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 14-6. But Il Fotoamatore Firenze won second period 17-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when S.E.Battipaglia won last quarter 18-11.
