Regular Season Round 4: Ryerson - Waterloo 91-96

Everything could happen in Toronto, ON at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Warriors and bottom-ranked Rams had identical 0-1 record. But Rams were not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Waterloo, ON 96-91 on Saturday night. Guard Wayne Bridge (188-90) contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Warriors' coach Tom Kieswetter allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. International point guard Jahmal Jones (183-91) replied with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and forward Jelane Pryce (201) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Rams. Five Warriors and four Rams players scored in double figures. Warriors (1-1) left bottom position moving up to second place, which they share with 6 other teams. Loser Rams still closes the standings with two games lost. Warriors will face RMC (#6) in Kingston, ON in the next round. Rams will play on the road against the league's leader Gryphons in Guelph, ON and hope to get finally their first victory.
