At the losing side center German Gabriel (207-80) responded with 15 points and 5 rebounds and American-Bulgarian power forward Cedric Simmons (206-86, college: N.Carolina St.) scored 15 points. Cajasol (4-3) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Valencia and Assignia M. Loser Asefa Estudiantes dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. Cajasol will face Bizkaia Bilbao (#10) on the road in the next round. Asefa Estudiantes will play against Caja Laboral in Vitoria.
