Not a big story in a game in Brescia where 9th ranked Biancoblu BO (2-4) was defeated by fourth ranked Centrale Latte (5-2) 73-67. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 21-10. But Biancoblu BO won second period 23-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Centrale Latte forced 22 Biancoblu BO turnovers. It was a very good performance for American guard Leemire Goldwire (180-85, college: Charlotte, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Ryan Thompson (198-89, college: Rider) contributed with 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Centrale Latte's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international power forward Matteo Canavesi (204-86) answered with 17 points and 5 rebounds and forward Patrick Baldassarre (200-86, agency: Players Group) added 7 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Biancoblu BO. Centrale Latte moved-up to second place, which they share with Giorgio Tesi PT and Enel Brindisi. Biancoblu BO lost fourth consecutive game.
