Basketligan top team - Norrkoping Dolphins (8-2) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Eco Orebro (0-11) 95-69. The game was mostly controlled by Norrkoping Dolphins. Eco Orebro managed to win third quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Norrkoping Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Sylvester Seay (208-85, college: Fresno St., agency: Edge Sports) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). International guard Anton Saks (200-89) contributed with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Norrkoping Dolphins players scored in double figures. Czech swingman Stefan Licartovsky (196-84) replied with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Demond Watt (200-89, college: Texas A&M - C.C.) added 8 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Eco Orebro. Eco Orebro's coach Lennart Grundel gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Norrkoping Dolphins have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 8-2 record. Eco Orebro at the other side still closes the standings with 11 games lost. Norrkoping Dolphins are looking forward to face league's second-placed Boras Basket at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Eco Orebro will play against Uppsala Basket (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
