The game in Timisoara was also quite interesting. Bottom-ranked Serbian OKK Beograd (0-2) played at the court of sixth ranked Romanian Timisoara (1-2). Timisoara did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 85-67 on Tuesday. The game was mostly controlled by Timisoara. OKK Beograd was better in second period 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded OKK Beograd 32-20 including 21 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Serbian-German forward Robert Sarovic (205-78, agency: 011 Sports) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Dominique Archie (200-87, college: S.Carolina) chipped in 24 points (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Timisoara's coach Predrag Badnjarevic used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Timisoara will face league's leader Galil Gilboa at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
