There was no surprise in Kaunas where 15th ranked ABRO-Universitetas (3-10) was defeated by seventh ranked LKKA-Atletas (8-5) 90-75 on Friday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-75. LKKA-Atletas have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Nafta Universitetas and Zalgiris-Sabonio. Loser ABRO-Universitetas keeps the fifteenth position with ten games lost. LKKA-Atletas will face Ezerunas-Karys (#9) in Moletai in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. ABRO-Universitetas will play at home against Zalgiris-Sabonio (#3) in Kaunas.
