Bottom-ranked Jarfalla is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their seventh consecutive match to fifth ranked Solna Vikings (5-2) 94-51. The game without a history. Solna Vikings led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Jarfalla's 26 and had 24 for 33 from the free-throw line, while Jarfalla only scored seven points from the stripe. Solna Vikings forced 23 Jarfalla turnovers and outrebounded them 47-20 including a 34-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Jarfalla was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Katarina Andersson (191-83) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and American swingman Pamela Rosanio (178-86, college: Massachusetts) who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Solna Vikings players scored in double figures. Guard Jessica Ahlin (171-89) responded with 13 points and the former international forward Malin Edlund (183-88) scored 8 points and 5 rebounds. Jarfalla's coach Johan Persson already knew that her team would not have a big chance, so allowed to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Solna Vikings moved-up to fourth place. Newly promoted Jarfalla still closes the standings with seven games lost. Solna Vikings will play against higher ranked Sallen (#3) in Uppsala in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Jarfalla will play on the road against Kvarnby (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
