Regular Season Round 14: Nitra - Komarno 80-63

The game between Top Four teams took place in Nitra. First ranked host Nitra (10-3) defeated 3rd ranked Komarno (7-5) 80-63. The game was mostly controlled by Nitra. Komarno was better in fourth quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nitra have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-3 record. Komarno at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with Svit. Nitra will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Komarno will play at home against Handlova (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
