The most exciting game of round 7 in the LEB Silver took place in Avila. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 3rd placed River Andorra (4-2) to sixth ranked Fontedoso Carrefour (4-2) 56-54 in the game for the fourth place. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of River Andorra. The hosts trailed by 14 points after three quarters before their 26-10 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Forward Anaterve Cruz (196-86) fired 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Luis Parejo (196-89) chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds. The former international center Ismael Torres (202-79) produced 16 points and swingman Pablo Sanchez (197-81) added 8 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. River Andorra's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Fontedoso Carrefour have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Andorra and Coruna. Fontedoso Carrefour is looking forward to face Feve Oviedo (#12) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. River Andorra will play against the league's second-placed Ourense (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
