There was no surprise in Kawasaki where 7th ranked Airlines R. (3-12) was crushed by fourth ranked Fujitsu RW (8-7) 77-58. The game without a history. Fujitsu RW led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Fujitsu RW outrebounded Airlines R. 43-28 including 28 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Airlines R.'s players. Fujitsu RW brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. It was a good game for power forward Megumi Shinohara (184-91) who led her team to a victory with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks.
